Reporting Copyright Infringement: If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on EMBiography.com, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, which is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.

  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification: If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification with us, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside of the USA, for any judicial district in which we may be found and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement or an agent of such person.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant who filed the DMCA notice. Suppose we do not receive notice within 10 business days that the original complainant seeks a court order to prevent further infringement of the content. In that case, we will consider restoring the content to EMBiography.com.

Repeat Infringer Policy: We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or subscribers who are repeat infringers.

Changes to this Policy: We may occasionally revise this DMCA policy. The most current version will govern our handling of copyright infringement claims. It will always be available on this page.
